Inflammation of periodontal tissue due to Porphyromonas gingivalis which invades the gingival activity virulence factors. This causes host immune system changes and increases COX-2 production in so resulting excessive destruction. The aim this study was analyze potency proanthocyanidins extract cacao pod husk inhibit expression rat sulcus fluid. 3 groups study, namely negative control, positive treatment.
